Smoked cedar, clove & a curl of woodsmoke — the scent of a fire just lit, drawn down to its quiet, amber ending.
A bright, resinous lift — citrus oil drawn through cool grey smoke.
Dry cedarwood warmed by clove and a whisper of black tea.
The long, low finish — embers, soft amber and worn leather.
Trim the wick to a quarter-inch. Let the first burn reach the edge — an hour, maybe two — so the whole surface remembers the flame. Ember Hearth was poured for the slow part of the evening, when the lamps go low and the room finally exhales.
“It actually smells like a real fire — not a candle pretending. The clove keeps it from going sweet. I’m on my fourth one.”— Maya R., Leslieville
“Burns clean and even right to the glass, and the scent throw fills the whole main floor. Worth every dollar.”— Daniel K., The Annex
