Northpoint started in 2011 in a rented garage off Advance Road, when Marco Reyes — a third-generation carpenter — got tired of watching homeowners get passed between rotating subcontractors who'd never met each other, let alone the family living in the house.
So he built the company he wished his clients had hired: one dedicated crew per project, on site from demo day to the final walkthrough. The framer who opens your wall is still there when the trim goes on. Nobody disappears. Nobody points fingers at the last guy.
Fifteen years later that hasn't changed. We're licensed, insured, and deliberately small — taking on a handful of renovations at a time across Etobicoke, Toronto, Mississauga, and Oakville so the owner can still walk every job in person.
The quote you sign is the price you pay. Every line is itemized up front — no surprise change-orders halfway through, no "while we were in there" markups.
Boots off at the door, floors covered, dust walls up, and the site swept clean every single evening before we leave. You live here — we never forget that.
You get one name, one number, one person who knows your project inside out. The owner is on every site at least weekly — not just on the day you signed.
Every renovation is backed by a 2-year written workmanship warranty. We build it once, properly — so you're not calling someone else to fix it next winter.
