Rosewater Creamery is a small scoop shop in the Junction, run by a family that churned ice cream at home for years before finally finding a storefront for it.
Every batch is made in-house in small runs: slow-churned, dense and properly creamy. It’s the kind of ice cream you come back for — unusual flavours, a silky texture, and a warm welcome every time.
Our most-loved flavour, and the one people cross the city for: roasted pistachio cream with a whisper of rosewater, and crushed pistachios folded through. Creamy, nutty, and unforgettable.

It’s churned slowly in small batches, so it stays dense and silky rather than airy. Every flavour is made in-house from our own base recipe.
Pistachio Rose — roasted pistachio cream with a little rosewater. Honey sesame is a close second.
Two flavours are $5.75 and three are $7.25. A cup or cone with as many flavours as fit is $10.50.
Pints travel well — call ahead and we’ll pack them on ice. Or drop by the shop in the Junction.
